These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 90bet platform and all related services. By creating an account or using any service on the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms used in these Terms carry the meanings described below:

- "Bonus Funds" — Additional money added to an account under a promotional offer.
- "Real Funds" — Actual money deposited by the user.

- "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified total bet amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Only Bangladeshi citizens or residents aged 21 or above may open an account on 90bet. The platform may request identity verification at any time to confirm age. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to your information must be reported to the 90bet support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) private and secure. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
90bet currently supports the following mobile banking methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
- Nagad — The mobile financial service of the postal department.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below these amounts will not be accepted.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This may take longer if verification is incomplete or in exceptional circumstances.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
To request a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient withdrawable balance and any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled. If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be put on hold pending investigation.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more applies the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user may claim the bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- While a bonus is active, Real Funds will be used first.
- The bonus may be cancelled if promotional conditions are not met.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all accounts being closed.
4.4 Other Promotions
Various promotional offers may be introduced from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be stated alongside the offer. 90bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
5. Gaming Rules & Betting Conditions
5.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in the case of a technical error or an obvious mistake. If a bet is cancelled, the staked amount will be returned to the account.
5.2 Technical Issues
For incomplete bets resulting from server outages, internet disconnection, or other technical issues, the data logged in the 90bet system will be considered final. In disputed cases, the company's decision is final.
5.3 Sports Betting
All odds offered in the sportsbook may change over time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded.
5.4 Casino Games
Casino games are operated by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. In the event of a technical error from the game provider, the relevant round may be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.

If any of the above activities are proven, 90bet reserves the right to close the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

9.3 User Decisions
The decision to place a bet or play a game is entirely the user's own. 90bet is not liable for any financial loss resulting from such decisions. Online betting and gaming carry financial risk — participate with awareness.
10. Account Closure & Termination
10.1 User Initiative
You may voluntarily close your account at any time through our support team. Withdraw any available Real Funds before closing your account. Bonus Funds will not be returned if wagering requirements have not been met.
10.2 90bet's Initiative
In cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior, 90bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice. In such cases, the forfeiture rules under Section 7 above will apply.
11. Changes to the Terms
90bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible for significant changes. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation. To resolve a dispute, contact our support team in the first instance. The support team will review your complaint and work toward a fair resolution.
